making a technical change to the Section concerning the
qualifications and salaries of executive and administrative
officers.

1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois
2 by changing Section 9.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
6 amended by changing Section 9 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 5/9) (from Ch. 127, par. 9)
8 Sec. 9. Executive and administrative officers;
9 qualifications; salaries. The executive and administrative
10 officers, whose offices are created by this Act, must have
11 the qualifications prescribed by law and shall receive annual
12 salaries, payable in equal monthly installments as designated
13 in Sections 9.01 through 9.25.
