1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois
2 by changing Section 2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
6 amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 5/2) (from Ch. 127, par. 2)
8 Sec. 2. Department. The word "department," as used in
9 this Act shall, unless the context otherwise clearly
10 indicates, mean the several departments of the State
11 Government as designated in Section 3 of this Act, and none
12 other.
