1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1746
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1746 on page 1, in
3 lines 2 and 7 by deleting "6-204,"; and
4 on page 1, line 11, after "system", by inserting "in a
5 municipality with a population of 1,000,000 or more"; and
6 on page 1, by deleting lines 16 through 30; and
7 by deleting pages 2, 3, 4, and 5; and
8 on page 6, by deleting lines 1 through 29; and
9 on page 18, line 25, after "leased", by inserting "or
10 rented"; and
11 on page 18, line 25, by replacing "10" with "30"; and
12 on page 18, below line 32, by inserting the following:
13 "A municipality may enact an ordinance that provides for
14 the use of an automated red light enforcement system to
15 enforce violations of this subsection (c) that result in or
16 involve a motor vehicle accident, leaving the scene of a
17 motor vehicle accident, or reckless driving that results in
18 bodily injury.".
