Community Affairs to formulate economic development plans for

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of
2 Commerce and Community Affairs.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $1, or so much as may be
6 necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Commerce and
7 Community Affairs to formulate plans for the economic
8 development of the State.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 1997.
