Amend House Bill 1668, AS AMENDED, 3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House 4 Amendment No. 1, on page 2, by inserting below line 33 the 5 following: 6 "Section 7. The conveyance authorized by this Act is 7 subject to the following covenant and condition, which shall 8 run with the land and be set forth in the quitclaim deed 9 conveying the above described real estate: In the event the 10 grantee named in the deed enters into any lease of or sells, 11 conveys, or otherwise transfers all or any part of the above 12 described real estate or any interest therein to any other 13 person, partnership, association, corporation, or other 14 entity, Bethalto Community Unit School District No. 8, 15 Madison County, Illinois shall thereupon be entitled to 16 receive, and Community Hope Center, Inc. shall be required to 17 pay over to Bethalto Community Unit School District No. 8, 18 Madison County, Illinois all rentals from time to time 19 becoming due and payable under the terms of any such lease 20 and all net proceeds resulting from any such sale, 21 conveyance, or other transfer of all or any part of the above 22 described real estate or any interest therein.".
