1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois
2 by changing Section 46.52.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
6 amended by changing Section 46.52 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 605/46.52) (from Ch. 127, par. 46.52)
8 Sec. 46.52. Grants; community-based groups. To award
9 grants to community-based groups, as defined in the Gang
10 Control Grant Act "An Act to provide for grants to community
11 groups and to assist local government programs for gang
12 control, amending certain Acts therein named", veto
13 overridden October 31, 1985.
