1 AN ACT to amend the Hospital Licensing Act by changing
2 Section 10.1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Hospital Licensing Act is amended by
6 changing Section 10.1 as follows:
7 (210 ILCS 85/10.1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 151.1)
8 Sec. 10.1. Internship and residency training
9 information. In connection with any application for a
10 license or a renewal thereof, the Department may request such
11 information about the applicant's internship or residency
12 training program as may be necessary to establish that the
13 intern, resident, or physician is in compliance with the
14 requirements of paragraph (1)(a) or (2)(a) of subsection (A)
15 of Section 11, or Section 17, of the Medical Practice Act of
16 1987, in these respects.
