1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1513
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1513 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 6 through 10 with the following:
4 "qualified person. In counties with less than 3,000,000
5 inhabitants, if the assessor or chief county assessment
6 officer requires annual application for verification of
7 eligibility for an exemption once granted under this Section,
8 the application shall be mailed to the taxpayer.".
