1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1452
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1452 on page 5, by
3 replacing lines 27 through 32 with the following:
4 "clerk. When the applicant appears before the county clerk,
5 the applicant shall pay a fee of $5, at which time the county
6 clerk shall then deliver the commission to the applicant.
7 If the appointment is completed by mail, The applicant
8 shall pay the county clerk a fee of $10.00, which shall be
9 submitted with the request to the county clerk. The county";

11 on page 5, line 33, by replacing "send" with "deliver send";
12 and
13 on page 6, line 1, by replacing "by mail" with "by mail"; and
14 on page 6, by replacing lines 12 through 15 with the
15 following:
