1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1426
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1426 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 25 through 27 with the following:
4 "completion by the Department of the investigation of the
5 death under the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act.
6 When there has been no investigation by the Department, the
7 child death review team shall review a child's death within
8 90 days after obtaining the information necessary to complete
9 the review from the coroner, pathologist, medical examiner,
10 or law enforcement agency, depending on the nature of the
11 case the child's death. A child death review".
