1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1420
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1420 on page 1, in
3 line 12, by replacing "complete list of persons" with "list
4 of all persons"; and
5 on page 1, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:
6 "form. The list of persons and entities shall include all
7 holders of a legal or equitable interest in the landfill or
8 in an improvement to the landfill. When there is a transfer
9 of a legal or equitable interest in a landfill or improvement
10 to a landfill, the owner or operator of the landfill shall
11 promptly notify the Agency of the transfer and the names of
12 all transferees holding a legal or equitable interest in the
