1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1313
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1313 on page 1,
3 line 17, by replacing "ordinances." with "ordinances in order
4 to maintain the existing level of service."; and
5 on page 2, line 27, by replacing "district." with "district,
6 excluding additions to detached single-family residences.";
7 and
8 on page 9, line 34, by replacing "district." with "district
9 based on determinations that are made by an appointed local
10 Citizens Facility Planning Commission, whose members consist
11 of diverse representatives of the community, and that are
12 adopted by the local school board."; and
13 on page 10, line 13, by replacing "facilities." with
14 "facilities based on prevailing construction rates."; and
15 on page 12, by inserting below line 18 the following:
16 "(c) Collection of land dedication and school facility
17 impact fees shall be identified on the closing statement and
18 may be paid separately and prior to the closing of the
19 residential project.".
