Amend House Bill 1271 on page 5, in 3 line 32, by replacing "statue" with "statute"; and 4 on page 11, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following: 5 "the remedial action account shall meet all of the 6 following:"; and 7 on page 12, in line 1, by replacing "claimed" with "filed 8 for"; and 9 on page 21, by replacing lines 7 through 14 with the 10 following: 11 "(c) The annual fees for licensure are as follows: 12 (1) $500 for a facility that purchases 140 gallons 13 or less of chlorine-based drycleaning solvents annually 14 or 1400 gallons or less of hydrocarbon-based drycleaning 15 solvents annually. 16 (2) $1,000 for a facility that purchases more than 17 140 gallons but less than 360 gallons of chlorine-based 18 drycleaning solvents annually or more than 1400 gallons 19 but less than 3600 gallons of hydrocarbon-based 20 drycleaning solvents annually. 21 (3) $1,500 for a facility that purchases 360 22 gallons or more of chlorine-based drycleaning solvents -2- LRB9003709DPccam 1 annually or 3600 gallons or more of hydrocarbon-based 2 drycleaning solvents annually."; and 3 on page 22, by replacing lines 6 through 8 with the 4 following: 5 "(e) An applicant for a license under this Section shall 6 complete an application form prescribed by the Council and 7 shall pay the required fee, as determined under subsection 8 (c).".
