1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1173
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1173, as amended,
3 on page 1, by inserting between lines 12 and 13 the
4 following:
5 "Any person found guilty of this provision shall pay a fine
6 of $100. Any subsequent offenses shall carry a fine of $250.
7 Any third or more offense shall carry a fine of $500.".
