1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1144
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1144 on page 3, in
3 line 31, by deleting "An operator required to"; and
4 on page 3, by deleting line 32; and
5 on page 4, by replacing lines 1 through 6 with the following:
6 "The Department may establish by rule a registration fee for
7 operators of laser machines required to register under this
8 Act. The Director may by rule exempt public institutions
9 from the registration fee requirement."; and
10 on page 4, in line 7, by replacing "Registration fees" with
11 "Registration fees assessed".
