1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1103
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1103 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Illinois Underground Utility
5 Facilities Damage Prevention Act by changing Section 1."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "Section 5. The Illinois Underground Utility Facilities
9 Damage Prevention Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
10 follows:
11 (220 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 1601)
12 Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
13 Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention
14 Act.
