1 AN ACT to amend the Limited Liability Company Act by
2 changing Section 5-65.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Limited Liability Company Act is amended
6 by changing Section 5-65 as follows:
7 (805 ILCS 180/5-65)
8 Sec. 5-65. Information disclosed by interrogatories.
9 Interrogatories propounded by the Secretary of State and the
10 answers to them thereto shall not be open to public
11 inspection, nor shall the Secretary of State disclose any
12 facts or information obtained from the interrogatories
13 therefrom, except insofar as official duty may require them
14 to be made public or in the event the interrogatories or the
15 answers to them thereto are required for evidence in any
16 criminal proceeding or in any other action by the State.
