1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 922
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 922, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of Senate
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 1, line 13, by changing "agencies"
5 to "agents"; and
6 on page 1, line 14, by changing "fees" to "highest fee"; and
7 on page 1, lines 16 and 18, by changing "agency" each time it
8 appears to "agent"; and
9 on page 1, line 19, by changing "different" to "greater"; and
10 on page 2 by replacing line 1 with the following:
11 "agent desires to increase the amount of a fee or impose an";
12 and
13 on page 2, line 2, by changing "agency" to "agent"; and
14 on page 2, line 3, by replacing "changed" with "increased";
15 and
16 on page 2 by replacing lines 4, 5, and 6 with the following:
17 "insurance company or title insurance agent may not increase,
18 charge, or collect an increased or added fee until the
19 disclosure of that fee has been on file for 60 days. A title
20 insurance company or title insurance agent may decrease the

1 charge or collect a decreased charge or fee upon disclosure
2 of the decreased fee being filed with the Department.".
