Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Capital Development Board for the purpose of carrying out
Phase III of the Willow-Higgins Creek improvement. Effective
July 1, 1997.

1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Capital Development
2 Board.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
7 Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board pursuant to
8 Section 9.01 of the Capital Development Board Act for the
9 purpose of carrying out Phase III of the Willow-Higgins Creek
10 improvement.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 1997.
