1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 800
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 800, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. l, on page 1, by replacing lines 10 through 13
5 with the following:
6 "Notwithstanding any other law, a public body may not grant
7 to any person or entity, whether by contract, license, or
8 otherwise, the exclusive right to access and disseminate any
9 public record as defined in this Act."; and
10 on page 4, by replacing line 9 with the following:
11 "Notwithstanding any other law, the right to access and
12 disseminate"; and
13 on page 4, line 10, by deleting "of".
