1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 651
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 651, on page 1,
3 line 25, by replacing the period with the following:
4 "for which the offender shall be mandatorily sentenced to a
5 minimum of 90 consecutive days of imprisonment. The
6 imprisonment shall not be subject to suspension, nor shall
7 the person be eligible for probation in order to reduce the
8 sentence.".
