1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 638
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 638, as
3 follows: on page 3, line 22, after "engineer", by inserting
4 "in the cab and at least one employee shall be a qualified
5 railroad employee on board the train."; and
6 by deleting lines 23 through 25; and
7 on page 3, line 34, by replacing "trainman" with "employee";
8 and
9 on page 4, line 1, by deleting "other than a certified"; and
10 on page 4, line 2, by deleting "railroad locomotive
11 engineer."
