1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961 by
2 changing Section 14.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961 is
6 amended by changing Section 14 as follows:
7 (505 ILCS 80/14) (from Ch. 5, par. 55.14)
8 Sec. 14. Rules and regulations. For the enforcement of
9 this Act, the Director is authorized, after due notice and
10 public hearing, to prescribe and to enforce such rules and
11 regulations relating to the distribution of commercial
12 fertilizer or custom mix as he or she may find necessary to
13 carry into effect the full intent and meaning of this Act.
