1 AN ACT to amend the Charitable Games Act by changing
2 Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Charitable Games Act is amended by
6 changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (230 ILCS 30/1) (from Ch. 120, par. 1121)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known as the
9 "Charitable Games Act".
