1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Vehicle Code by changing
2 Section 2-108.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
6 changing Section 2-108 as follows:
7 (625 ILCS 5/2-108) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 2-108)
8 Sec. 2-108. Authority to certify copies of records.
9 The Secretary of State is hereby authorized to prepare
10 under the seal of the Secretary of State certified copies of
11 any records of his or her office and every such certified
12 copy shall be admissible in any proceeding in any court in
13 like manner as the original thereof.
