3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by
5 adding Section 11-30-15 as follows:
6 (65 ILCS 5/11-30-15 new)
7 Sec. 11-30-15. Real estate inspection upon transfer.".
