1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 235
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 235 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 18 through 20 with the following:
4 ""Authority" means the Authority as defined in the
5 Article creating the Authority, except that in the case of
6 provisions incorporated by reference into Article 25, in the
7 context of that incorporation by reference "Authority" means
8 the Committee as defined in Article 25."; and
9 by replacing lines 28 and 29 on page 2 and line 1 on page 3
10 with the following:
11 ""Board" means the governing and administrative body of
12 the Authority as defined in the Article creating the
13 Authority, except that in the case of provisions incorporated
14 by reference into Article 25, in the context of that
15 incorporation by reference "Board" means the Committee as
16 defined in Article 25."; and
17 on page 44, line 30, by changing "2-52" to "10-16"; and
18 on page 339, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
19 "be issued for the purpose of ....?
20 NO".
