1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 144
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 144 on page 1,
3 below line 17, by inserting the following:
4 "(d) The provisions of this Section shall not apply to a
5 person driving a motor vehicle used for the inspection,
6 maintenance, or repair of a levee.; and
7 on page 4, line 23, after "flooding." by inserting "This
8 subsection O shall not apply to a person driving or operating
9 a snowmobile used for the inspection, maintenance, or repair
10 of a levee.".
