Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.

    (805 ILCS 5/14.13)
    Sec. 14.13. Report of interim changes of domestic or foreign corporations. Any corporation, domestic or foreign, may report interim changes in the name, address, or both of its officers and directors, its principal office, or its minority-owned business status by filing a report under this Section containing the following information:
        (1) The name of the corporation.
        (2) The address, including street and number, or
    
rural route number, of its registered office in this State, and the name of its registered agent at that address.
        (3) The address, including street and number, or
    
rural route number, of its principal office.
        (4) The names and respective addresses, including
    
street and number, or rural route number, of its directors and officers.
    A statement, including the basis therefor, of status as a minority-owned business or as a women-owned business as those terms are defined in the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act.
    The interim report of changes shall be made on forms prescribed and furnished by the Secretary of State and shall be executed by the corporation by its president, a vice-president, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer, or other officer duly authorized by the board of directors of the corporation to execute those reports, and verified by him or her, or, if the corporation is in the hands of a receiver or trustee, it shall be executed on behalf of the corporation and verified by the receiver or trustee.
