Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process.
Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as
Public
Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the
Guide.
Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes,
statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect.
If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has
not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already
been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes
made to the current law.
(415 ILCS 5/7.6) Sec. 7.6. Electronic posting of permit information. Beginning January 1, 2014, the Agency shall maintain the following information on its website: (1) a description of each type of permit it issues |
| and the persons subject to each type of permit;
|

(2) a description of the process for obtaining each
|
| type of permit, including but not limited to any statutory or regulatory deadlines and whether public notices or hearings are required prior to permit issuance; and
|
|
(3) no later than February 1 of each year, a report
|
| that contains the following information for the previous calendar year, with respect to each type of permit, based on information available to the Agency in a format the Agency can compile and publish electronically:

(A) the number of permit applications received by
|
|
(B) the number of permits issued by the Agency;
|
|
(C) the average number of days from the date the
|
| Agency receives all information necessary for the issuance of a permit until the date the Agency issues the permit.
