Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as Public Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the Guide.

Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.

Sec. 294. District enlarged.

Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tracts of land, and those tracts are hereby annexed to the District.

Parcel 1:

ALL OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

Parcel 2:

THE WEST ONE ACRE OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

Parcel 3:

ALL OF "TRINITY LAKES PHASE 1," A SUBDIVISION OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN RECORDED AS DOCUMENT 05 01339042 ON 13 JANUARY 2005,  ALL IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
