(750 ILCS 46/701) Sec. 701. Scope of Article. Except as described in this Article, this Article does not apply to the birth of a child conceived by means of sexual intercourse or a child born as a result of a valid gestational surrogacy arrangement meeting the requirements of the Gestational Surrogacy Act.
