(705 ILCS 65/3) (from Ch. 37, par. 643)

Sec. 3. The reporter of decisions shall prepare the manuscript of the text of the decisions of the Supreme and Appellate Courts for publication, shall supervise the publication and distribution thereof under the contract approved by the Supreme Court, and shall perform such other duties as the Supreme Court shall prescribe.
