(620 ILCS 30/12) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 48.112)

Sec. 12. Whoever violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this Act is guilty of a petty offense. Each day's continuance of a violation of this Act shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
