610 ILCS 105/2

(610 ILCS 105/2) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 372)

Sec. 2. Whoever violates the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each offense.
