(510 ILCS 30/1.2) (from Ch. 8, par. 134.2)

Sec. 1.2. The term "bovine brucellosis" or "brucellosis" means the disease wherein an animal of the bovine species is infected with Brucella microorganisms irrespective of the occurrence or absence of clinical signs of bovine infectious abortion.
