(330 ILCS 40/4) (from Ch. 126 1/2, par. 57.74)

Sec. 4. The conditions of eligibility, except with respect to the time of making application, and the amount of compensation shall be determined in accordance with the World War II Bonus Act or the Korean Veterans Compensation Act, or both, whichever is appropriate.
