Sec. 5.
Definitions.
In this Act:
"Board" means the Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Rules
created under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act.
"Boiler and pressure vessel repairer" means any person, company, or
corporation that performs welded repairs to the pressure retaining boundaries
of boilers or pressure vessels.
"Person" means a natural person, company, corporation, or other business
entity.
