(205 ILCS 511/20-5)

Sec. 20-5. Enforcement; Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. The Attorney General may enforce a violation of Article 15 of this Act as an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
