(105 ILCS 155/40-10)

Sec. 40-10. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by repealing Sections 3-10, 3-10.1, 3-10.2, 3-10.3, 3-10.4, 3-10.5, 3-10.6, 3-10.7, 3-10.8, 3-10.9, and 3-10.10, and 5-13.5.
