Sec. 3.
The several departments, agencies and officers of this state
are authorized to cooperate with the Wabash Valley Interstate
Commission. Within existing statutory authorizations, any such
department, agency or officer may make contract with, lend, or otherwise
furnish the Wabash Valley Interstate Commission with such items and
services as are contemplated by any provision of the compact.
