Sec. 1.
The term "public officer" means any officer of the Executive
Department of the State government, the Clerk of the Supreme Court, all
officers created by "The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois", approved
March 7, 1917, as amended, and all other officers, boards, commissions
and agencies of the State government.
