Sec. 1.
Subject to the provisions of Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Act,
reproduced copies of the following forms, reports and schedules may be
filed in lieu of the original copy:
(a) capital stock tax return or schedule required by |
| the General Revenue Law of Illinois;

|
(b) any personal property tax return or schedule
|
| required by the General Revenue Law of Illinois;
|
|
(c) any annual report required by the "Business
|
| Corporation Act of 1983", as amended;
|
|
(d) any annual report required by the "General Not
|
| for Profit Corporation Act", approved July 17, 1943, as heretofore or hereafter amended.
