Amends the Illinois Aeronautics Act. Makes a technical change in a definitions Section.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by changing Section 24 as follows:

(620 ILCS 5/24) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.24)

Sec. 24. For the the purposes of this Act the singular shall include the plural, and the plural the singular.
