SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 3960/19.6

Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Extends the repeal of the Act to June 30, 2012 (now, April 1, 2007).

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act is amended by changing Section 19.6 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on April 1, 2007)

Sec. 19.6. Repeal. This Act is repealed on June 30, 2012 April 1, 2007.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
