70 ILCS 210/5.1   from Ch. 85, par. 1225.1

    Amends the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act. Makes atechnical change in a Section concerning purchases.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority
5 Act is amended by changing Section 5.1 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 210/5.1)  (from Ch. 85, par. 1225.1)
7     Sec. 5.1. Purchases made pursuant to this Act shall be made
8 in compliance withthe~~the~~ "Local Government Prompt Payment
9 Act", approved by the Eighty-fourth General Assembly.
