SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

820 ILCS 153/3

Amends the Medical Care Savings Account Act of 2000. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning programs established under a prior Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Medical Care Savings Account Act of 2000 is amended by changing Section 3 as follows:

(820 ILCS 153/3)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)

Sec. 3. Programs under prior Act. Programs established under the the Medical Care Savings Account Act are subject to and shall be governed by this Act.
