SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to express their sincere condolences to the family and friends of Rosemary Scherwat, of Waukegan, Illinois, who recently passed away; and

WHEREAS, Rosemary Scherwat was born on August 22, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois; she was a 50-year resident of Waukegan; and

WHEREAS, She was an active member of the Lucky Club, the school PTA, and an active participant in many school fundraisers; and

WHEREAS, She was an avid golfer, enjoyed fishing in the North Woods, and loved to cook; and

WHEREAS, Rosemary Scherwat is survived by her husband, Donald; her daughters, Patricia Pasiewicz and her husband, Kenneth, and Mary Ellen Montavon; her grandsons, Mike and Scott Ratkiewicz; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we again send our sympathies to the family and friends of Rosemary Scherwat; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Rosemary Scherwat.
