SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

70 ILCS 1605/1

Amends the Metro-East Park and Recreation District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Metro-East Park and Recreation District Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Metro-East Park and Recreation District Act.
