Amends the Downstate Public Transportation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Downstate Public Transportation Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(30 ILCS 740/1-1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 661)

Sec. 1-1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Downstate Public Transportation Act".
